Before you get started, here are a couple of tips to make your online experience even better: - TIP: A Raymarine Insider account is required to ask us a question online. If you are already an Insider and are logged in you are all set. If you do not have an Insider account or aren't logged in, you will be prompted to either log in or create an account.
- TIP: Can't remember your Insider login name or password? Click here, enter your email, and we will send them to you!
- TIP: Add our email address, raymarine@custhelp.com, to your address book or safe senders list. This will allow our replies to get through your email spam blocker.
1. Begin by clicking on the Ask Raymarine tab and typing your question in. 
If you don't already have a Raymarine Insider account or are not logged in you will be prompted to create one or log in before you can ask a question. 2. After you type your question please try to categorize you question as best you can. 
This helps to make sure the right Raymarine product expert reads your question. When possible tell us the model number and/or serial number of the Raymarine product you are asking about. 3. Click the Submit button. You're not done yet! 
The Ask Raymarine system is going to suggest 4 possible solutions from our extensive answer database. Please take a look! Most answers to commonly asked questions are already available online. 4. If you found the answer to your question, great! Simply close your browser and you're done. If you did not find the answer you were looking for... 
click the Finish Submitting Question button to send in your question. 5. You will receive an instant confirmation with a tracking number on screen. You will also get a receipt with a tracking number sent to your email inbox within 60 seconds. 
Your incident tracking number allows us to uniquely identify your question. If you ever feel the need to contact us by telephone after submitting a question, please be sure to tell us the tracking number from your email. That allows us to see all of your related correspondence, file attachments, boat details and product registration information. Checking the status of an already submitted question... Raymarine.com also has tools to let you check the status of pending questions, submit question updates or cancellations, or review previous correspondence from our support team.
