In North America, What type of multi-switch do you recommend for the 45STV satellite television antenna?

Raymarine recommends that you use an active multi-switch with two satellite in ports, such as the Channel Master 6314IFD (4 outputs) or 6328IFD (8 outputs). You simply connect the RF1 cable to the LHCP (18V) port and the RF2 cable to the RHCP (13V) port. You can then connect the multi-switch to a compatible satellite receiver using additional cable.
